4 grade (4 класс)
Assessment criteria
  • Identify the content and meaning of a supported talk with the help of contextual clues
  • Talk to the partner, group and whole class using suitable words, phrases and sentences
  • Connect words and phrases using and, or, but, because
  • Identify the main points of a short simple text using contextual clues
  • Write the most familiar high-frequency words accurately
  • Use imperative forms (positive and negative) to give short instructions
 
5 grade (5 класс)
Assessment criteria
  • Recognise detailed information in a short conversation with some support
  • Retell short stories and episodes on a given topic
  • Write short sentences on familiar topics with support
  • Connect sentences into a paragraph
  • Identify the attitude and opinion of the author in short texts
 
6 grade (6 класс)
Assessment criteria
  • Recognise detailed information in extended conversation with support
  • Identify the meaning and details of the reading texts
  • Write a text adhering to the layout and format of a given genre with some support.
  • Apply present continuous forms with present and future meaning in the context and past continuous forms for background and interrupted past actions.
 
7 grade (7 класс)
Assessment criteria
  • Identify facts and details in extended talks with little support
  • Demonstrate the ability to write grammatically correct sentences on familiar topics
  • Write a text keeping appropriate format and plan of a given genre
  • Identify particular facts and parts in reading passage
  • Support a talk with peers while agree, disagree and discuss the order of actions and plans to fulfill the tasks
 
8 grade (8 класс)
Assessment criteria
  • Recognize the main idea in the conversation while listening
  • Show the ability to use the appropriate sentence structure and the words correctly
  • Express thoughts about the given topic in the conversations
  • Support a talk with peers while agree, disagree and discuss the order of actions and plans to fulfill the tasks
  • Summarize the ideas in the extended fiction and non-fiction texts by finding the main information and specific details
  • Organize sentences, paragraphs and ideas logically using a variety of linking devices
  • Write topic related words with correct spelling control
  • Identify and use punctuation in the sentences properly
 
9 grade (9 класс)
Assessment criteria
  • Recognise the opinion of the speaker(s) in unsupported extended talk on a wide range of general and curriculur topics
  • Understand the detail of an argument in extended texts on a range of familiar general and curricular topics
  • Write coherently at text level using a variety of connectors on a growing range of familiar general and curricular topics
  • Use appropriate subject-specific vocabulary and syntax to talk about  an increased range of general and curricular topics
 
10 grade (10 класс ЕМН)
Assessment criteria
  • Deduce meaning from context with little support in extended talk on a limited range of general and curricular topics
  • Read the text and mark the sentences True/False according to the context.
  • Write a text keeping the layout and format of a given genre according to the given questions, writing about real events connecting them into paragraphs.
  • Choose a card and prepare an individual speech providing unprepared speech to answer a variety of questions and applying a variety of grammar accurately.
 
10 grade (10 класс ОГН)
Assessment criteria
  • understand specific information in unsupported extended talk on a wide range of general and curricular topics, including talk on a limited range of unfamiliar topics;
  • understand main points in extended texts on a wide range of unfamiliar general and curricular topics;
  • develop with support coherent arguments supported when necessary by examples and reasons for a wide range of written genres in familiar general and curricular topics;
  • use appropriate subject-specific vocabulary and syntax  to talk about a  range of general and  curricular topics
 
11 grade (11 класс ЕМН)
Assessment criteria
  • use speaking and listening skills to provide   sensitive feedback to peers;
  • deduce meaning from context in unsupported  talk on a wide range of general and curricular topics, including talk on a limited range of unfamiliar topics;
  • use if / if only in third conditional structures
  • use a variety of reported statements and question forms on a wide range of familiar general and curricular topics
 
11 grade (11 класс ОГН)
Assessment criteria
  • Recognize most of the implied meaning in the talk while listening
  • Communicate effectively using target vocabulary and syntax appropriately
  • Discuss the topic from various perspectives
  • Identify author’s attitude and viewpoint in extended texts
  • Write coherent arguments to design a logically sequenced text
